Facial Fitness Personal Training

Facial Fitness Personal Training provides you with one-on-one guidance on how to actually isolate and exercise specific facial muscles. While there are many books available on facial exercises, they are useless without knowing how to work the muscles. The Facial Fitness Personal Training is particularly valuable if you want real results for a completely toned and sculpted face.

Facial fitness addresses the primary facial muscles to be exercised. Just as a body builder develops his or her physique by isolating and working muscles one by one, you can accentuate or develop cheeks, lips, the eye area and other facial features by repeating specific exercises. A few sessions of Personal Training and you'll be well on your way to a more youthful and vibrant you!

We have 57 facial muscles, however, most of them we rarely use. As we age, muscles flatten and elongate through the lack of use and the pull of gravity. Bone muscle and fat under the facial skin actually diminish, and at the same time, the skin loses its elasticity. By working out the facial muscles you tone and tighten the underlying structure of your face. Facial fitness also increases the blood flow in your skin to create a beautiful glow and clearer skin tone.
